Due to the NSW Health Guidelines it is with regret that all camps and excursions planned for the remainder of 2021 have been cancelled.
Details regarding arrangements for the Year 6 Graduation and Farewell will be sent out next Term.
All payments received for the following activities, unless we are otherwise advised, will be transferred to Fees In Advance.
Stage 2 Yarramundi Camp Stage 2 Forces Excursion
Stage 3 Canberra Camp Dance Groups
If you would prefer to receive a refund, please complete the attached Student Refund Form and return by email to penrith-p.school@det.nsw.edu.au , by post or alternatively dropped in the school mailbox on High Street before 14/10/2021.
If requesting a refund, please read the following before completing the attached form.
· As per Department Policy refunds can only be made to the person who made the original payment and only in the method the payment was originally made.
· Cash payments will be refunded by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
· Parent online payment (POP) (payments made via School Website) will be refunded to the account from which the payment was made.
Please note
If this card/account has been closed / or is inactive, you will need to provide bank account details as the refund will be processed as an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
If you do not advise that the card is inactive, you will be responsible for following up the refund with your bank if funds are cleared by Westpac.
